It is the process through which we accept conflict as a natural part of life and not something to be avoided. It views conflict as an opportunity for change and allows us to transform the conflict through positive constructive change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Kenneth Boulding, conflict is \u201cA form of competitive behaviour between different parties.&nbsp;It occurs when two or more parties compete over perceived or actual incompatible goals or limited resources (Boulding, 1962)\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the conflict transformation school of thought,\u00a0conflicts are a natural part of life.\u00a0Nature often uses conflict as a motor of change. If we reflect on some big life decisions that may have helped set us on our path for life, we will also most likely remember a period just before it with conflict within it.
